Order acceptance
The following general terms and conditions of Motorrad Burchard GmbH apply exclusively to the processing of orders.
The order can be made in writing, by telephone, by fax or, for internet orders, by e-mail. You can find the relevant addresses under point 1 (contractual partners).
An order is deemed to have been accepted after the supplier has given the customer an order confirmation stating the general terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
The client is liable for incorrect deliveries due to transmission errors in telephone/verbal orders.
To avoid any misunderstandings, please order in writing (fax, post, internet) stating the item number, item description, desired quantity and your full address.
Cancellation of an order
If we do not receive the requested amount within 14 days of request (transfer in advance for shipping items or in cash for items available for collection), your order will be automatically canceled.
A written cancellation by the buyer is not required.
Right of withdrawal

You (buyer) have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you (buyer) or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods that the consumer (buyer) has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you (buyer) or a third party named by you who is not the carrier is or has taken possession of the last goods.

inform you of your (buyer) decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). The cancellation form is available for download as a PDF document at: cancellation form. If you (buyer) make use of this option, we (seller) will send you (buyer) confirmation of receipt of such a revocation within 24 hours (e.g. by email).
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you (buyer) send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you (Buyer) cancel this contract, we (Seller) will pay to you (Buyer) all payments received by us (Seller) from you (Buyer), including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from that you (buyer) have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us (the seller), to be repaid immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your (buyer) cancellation of this contract (seller) has been received. For this repayment, we (seller) use the same payment method that you (buyer) used in the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you (buyer); In no case will you (buyer) be charged any fees due to this repayment. We (seller) can refuse the refund until we (seller) have received the goods back or until you (buyer)
have provided evidence that you (buyer) have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You (buyer) must deliver the goods to the shipping address immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you (buyer) notify us (seller) of your cancellation of this contract

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you (buyer) send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You (buyer) bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You (buyer) only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. Furthermore, you (buyer) can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as an owner and refraining from anything that would impair its value.
Prices
All prices published on the Internet at https://www.laserbeschriftung-lippe.de are non-binding guide prices (retail prices) including VAT (currently 19% in Germany).
We reserve the right to reduce or increase prices without informing the customer in advance.
Dealer conditions can only be granted upon presentation of appropriate evidence (business registration).
A dealer status that has already been granted can be revoked immediately if the required conditions are no longer met.
For all items on offer, the offer price is generally considered the cheapest alternative.
Offers are only valid for the stated period.
Discount scales do not apply to offers.
Shipment
Shipping within Germany:
Delivery to end consumers takes place against payment in advance.
Delivery to retailers takes place via SEPA core direct debit.
Shipping abroad (worldwide):
Delivery to end consumers and retailers takes place against payment in advance.
General
Goods are generally shipped as an insured DHL package.
All invoices are created and billed in “EURO” (€).
Delivery to third countries is without VAT (currently 19% in Germany).
Shipping
Shipping costs within Germany:
Delivery to end consumers is free of postage and shipping costs.
Delivery to the prior sale / dealer is carried out for a flat shipping fee of € 5.90 plus the applicable VAT.
Shipping costs abroad (worldwide):
Flat rate shipping fee EURO 21.00
There are no minimum order values. Even for small orders, no small quantity surcharge will be charged.
This regulation applies to end consumers and retailers alike.
Residues
From time to time, residues occur in the diversity of our product range.
These are automatically saved in our IT system and delivered without request as soon as possible.
Upon special request, the residue will not be saved.
Complaints
All complaints will only be processed by us with a copy of the purchase invoice and a written complaint about the defect.
The invoice date of the goods complained about must not be more than two years ago.
Complaints about missing parts in a package must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not give any guarantee on any kind of electrical parts.
Legitimate complaints for which we are responsible will be resolved as quickly as possible at our expense.
We do not accept complaints or returns that are sent to us carriage forward (acceptance refused).
Payment terms
The delivered goods remain the property of Motorrad Burchard GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
If the buyer defaults on payment or otherwise does not meet his obligations under the retention of title, the seller can demand the purchase item be returned from the buyer.
The withdrawal of the reserved goods by the seller does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract - unless the installment law applies.
